Pricing presented above is in US Dollars. The timing for each option depends on a case by case basis. I'm not running a hierarchy based corporate type structure, I don't believe emotions and energy can be limited to hourly rates or time slots. I have garnered enough experience to understand the energetic exchange that each option ranges within when we can pivot from a space of alignment.

Before we engage in any option, we would have a quick call, free of cost, to determine both our purposes in the potential co-creation. Based on our MUTUAL understanding of the contextual circumstances surrounding our interaction, we would draft a simple contract (mutually binding) to determine the best option for our expansive endeavour.

Timing for each option usually ranges between a day for Pattern Recognition, two days for Self-Awareness, and three days for Radical Accountability. Typically broken down by your daily activities with the purpose of learning how to navigate triggers that happen during your routine (think road-rage). My approach is entirely based on how you experience life, that’s why I don’t offer masterclasses, one-for-all type of guidance, or week-long retreats. I have nothing against those options, but that doesn’t align with what I can offer for your well-being because the reality is that expansion and growth happens when we allow ourselves to live life. My approach is more based on tackling every-day activities, and pointing you towards the tools that I’m certain you already have, but for resistance related (think guilt and shame) reasons you can’t integrate.
